Polished aluminum structure with stainless steel hopper, extractable aluminum grinding unit and meat inlet neck ø 52 mm. Reducer with gears in special bronze alloy in oil bath. We find the enterprice system with stainless steel plate (holes ø 6 mm) and self-sharpening stainless steel knife. This meat mincer is equipped with a forced circulation ventilated motor.
